Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall. The spacious suite was a pleasant surprise, and waking up to a breathtaking view was a highlight. However, reaching the venue posed some challenges due to the steep terrains, and our experience was slightly marred by maintenance work happening nearby, which disrupted our mornings. Even with these setbacks, the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable amenities made it a memorable getaway.
Crosswinds is a resort with a unique Swiss theme and beautiful greenery that creates a tranquil atmosphere. While the picturesque environment is a definite plus, my experience was marred by outdated room conditions and disappointing service. It felt more like a mismanaged establishment rather than a relaxing getaway, especially considering the rude behavior from staff and inconsistent services. Though the ambiance is charming, there are significant areas that need improvement.
Our stay at Crosswinds was a mixed bag. The resort has a stunning and picturesque ambience, making it a great spot for relaxation, but the service left a lot to be desired. Despite the beautiful surroundings, we faced issues with the staff and management, and meals were quite limited, which really impacted our experience. Overall, while it has the potential to be a great getaway, the service shortcomings made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay.
My experience at Crosswinds was a mixed bag. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance and spacious, clean rooms that promote relaxation. However, the service was lacking, with rude staff and illogical house rules that added more stress than comfort. The dining options were also limited, which was disappointing during our stay.
Our stay at the resort was quite an adventure. Spread over a vast area with beautiful pine trees, it gives off a lovely mountain vibe. While the rooms were spacious and cozy, there were a few downsides, like the need for shuttles to get around and some disturbances from renovations nearby. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyone.
