My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall. The spacious suite was a pleasant surprise, and waking up to a breathtaking view was a highlight. However, reaching the venue posed some challenges due to the steep terrains, and our experience was slightly marred by maintenance work happening nearby, which disrupted our mornings. Even with these setbacks, the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable amenities made it a memorable getaway.

Rooms

The suite was surprisingly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The balcony view in the morning was fantastic, making it perfect for relaxation.
Service
7.0
While the check-in process had its hiccups with dates being mixed up, the staff ultimately showed understanding and allowed us to check in, which was appreciated.
Location
6.0
The resort is set on a hillside, which offers stunning views but can be challenging to navigate, especially at night due to poor lighting.
Dining

Breakfast was included for two and adding extra meals was reasonably priced, making it convenient for our group.
Facilities

The amenities were adequate overall, though the ongoing renovations were a downside that affected our comfort.

5.0/10

Crosswinds is a resort with a unique Swiss theme and beautiful greenery that creates a tranquil atmosphere. While the picturesque environment is a definite plus, my experience was marred by outdated room conditions and disappointing service. It felt more like a mismanaged establishment rather than a relaxing getaway, especially considering the rude behavior from staff and inconsistent services. Though the ambiance is charming, there are significant areas that need improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The cabinets were almost dilapidated, and some amenities like the microwave hardly worked. Unfortunately, this was not what I expected for the price we paid.
Service
5.0
The service was frustrating, with staff often being unhelpful and impolite. Communication issues led to delays in room service and difficulty getting assistance when needed.
Location
8.0
The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature with a lovely ambiance that feels nice for a retreat. However, it's also tricky to navigate given the layout and steep terrain.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing as well, with a limited breakfast menu and slow service. It took a long time to receive our pre-ordered meals, diminishing the overall enjoyment.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities include a pool and gym, but they were not user-friendly during our stay, particularly when we faced restrictions and rude staff interactions.

Our stay at Crosswinds was a mixed bag. The resort has a stunning and picturesque ambience, making it a great spot for relaxation, but the service left a lot to be desired. Despite the beautiful surroundings, we faced issues with the staff and management, and meals were quite limited, which really impacted our experience. Overall, while it has the potential to be a great getaway, the service shortcomings made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and spacious, but they felt outdated and lacked some basic amenities like adequate lighting.
Service

Unfortunately, the service was terribly disappointing. The staff seemed rude and uninterested, which detracted from our overall experience.
Location

The resort is beautifully set among pine trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere, but it is quite far from restaurants and attractions.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were very limited. The breakfast was hardly adequate, and waiting for a table was frustrating.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, while nice, could use better management. The pool area was a long walk and had restrictive access rules that disappointed our family.

My experience at Crosswinds was a mixed bag. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance and spacious, clean rooms that promote relaxation. However, the service was lacking, with rude staff and illogical house rules that added more stress than comfort. The dining options were also limited, which was disappointing during our stay.

Our stay at the resort was quite an adventure. Spread over a vast area with beautiful pine trees, it gives off a lovely mountain vibe. While the rooms were spacious and cozy, there were a few downsides, like the need for shuttles to get around and some disturbances from renovations nearby. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyone.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for our family. They came equipped with kitchen facilities which added to our comfort.
Service
7.0
The service was decent, though the check-in process could use some improvement. It felt a bit disorganized.
Location
7.0
The resort is nestled in a beautiful area resembling Baguio, surrounded by pine trees. However, getting to various points in the resort can be a hassle due to the distance and hilly terrain.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet was good, though not extensive. It had a few solid options but could definitely use some variety.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities, including the pool, were nice, but the need for a shuttle bus to get to different areas of the resort can be a downer.
